five a day x-x :)

our 5 a day progamme explains the importance of eating 5 portions of fruit and vegtables.
it tells us the vitamons inside and there function so that the humans race can be filled with more energy in everyday life. it shows the comprisons to an average healthy person and an unheathy drinker/ smoker with no vitemens in their body.
