5 A DAY
The 5 A Day programme is about learning the importance of fruit and vegetables. It tells us the vitamins inside and their function so that us humans can be filled with more energy in everyday life. It shows the comparisons to an average healthy person and an unhealthy drinker/smoker with no vitamins in their body.
